Asst. Chief Steward - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an Assistant Chief Steward for a leading catering company in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for assisting the Chief Steward in managing the stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas, and supervising the stewarding team. You will be involved in maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring efficient dishwashing and waste disposal. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

• Experience as an Assistant Chief Steward or in a similar role. • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards. • Ability to supervise and train stewarding staff. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding environment.
