1. Introduction

Welcome to Daily Gulf Jobs ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at dailygulfjobs.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Daily Gulf Jobs is a digital portal and intermediary platform that connects job seekers with recruitment agencies and employers specializing in Gulf employment opportunities. We do not directly employ, hire, or place candidates in jobs.

2. Platform Role & Limitations

2.1 Digital Intermediary Only

Daily Gulf Jobs operates solely as a digital platform to facilitate connections between:

• Job seekers looking for employment opportunities in Gulf countries
• Recruitment agencies and employers offering Gulf job placements

We do not:

• Act as an employer, recruitment agency, or job placement service
• Verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of job postings
• Conduct background checks on recruiters or employers
• Participate in hiring decisions or employment contracts
• Take any commissions, fees, or payments from job seekers or recruiters for job placements or successful hires

2.2 No Job Guarantees

IMPORTANT: Daily Gulf Jobs does not guarantee, warrant, or promise that any job seeker will secure employment through the Platform. The availability, accuracy, and legitimacy of job opportunities are the sole responsibility of the posting recruitment agencies and employers.

Job duration, salary ranges, benefits, and other details displayed in job listings are provided by third-party recruiters. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of this information. Any discrepancies should be clarified directly with the recruiting agency or employer.

2.3 No Commission Policy

Daily Gulf Jobs does not charge or collect any commissions, referral fees, or placement fees from:

• Job seekers for job applications or successful placements
• Recruitment agencies or employers for candidate placements or hires

Our only source of revenue is from optional platform subscription fees for premium features (ad-free access, premium job visibility, enhanced listings). These subscriptions are entirely optional, and free access is available indefinitely.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

3.1 Free Plan

Both job seekers and recruitment agencies/employers have access to a free lifetime plan with core platform features, including:

• For Job Seekers: Browse jobs, apply to positions, create profile, save favorites
• For Recruiters/Employers: Post jobs (with limitations), manage company profile, view applications

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

Optional premium subscriptions are available for enhanced features:

• For Job Seekers: Ad-free browsing, priority job alerts, access to premium job listings
• For Recruiters/Employers: Limited job postings, featured listings, premium visibility

3.3 Non-Refundable Policy

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to secure employment (for job seekers)
• Failure to receive applications or hire candidates (for recruiters)
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with premium features
• Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations
• Technical issues or Platform downtime

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling if you do not wish to continue.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for illegal activities or scams
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Platform
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages

4.3 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

5. Job Listings & User-Generated Content

5.1 Third-Party Content

Job listings, company profiles, and other content posted by recruitment agencies and employers are provided by third parties. Daily Gulf Jobs does not:

• Verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of job postings
• Endorse or recommend any particular recruiter or job opportunity
• Monitor or pre-screen all user-generated content

5.2 User Responsibility

Job Seekers: You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before applying to jobs or engaging with recruiters. Verify the legitimacy of job offers independently.

Recruiters/Employers: You warrant that all job postings are accurate, lawful, and do not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your hiring practices and employment contracts.

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is reported as fraudulent, or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Job listings are accurate, current, or complete
• Any job applications will result in employment
• Recruiters or employers are legitimate or trustworthy
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Daily Gulf Jobs, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred by job seekers (travel costs, application fees, lost wages, relocation expenses)
• Recruitment failures or inability to hire qualified candidates
• Fraudulent job postings or scams perpetrated by third parties
• Employment disputes between job seekers and recruiters/employers
• Data breaches or unauthorized access to accounts
• Loss of business opportunities or profits
• Emotional distress or reputational harm

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is lower).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Gulf Jobs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the Platform
• Employment disputes or contracts you enter into through the Platform

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (recruiter websites, job application portals, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. Use them at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Daily Gulf Jobs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India.
