BMS / BAS Operator & BMS Technician - Kuwait

We are seeking experienced BMS / BAS Operators and BMS Technicians for a facility management role in Kuwait. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, with at least 5 years of experience in BMS/BAS operation and maintenance within a building automation field. Prior experience in Kuwait or the Middle East is highly preferred. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting BMS systems, coordinating with end-users, clients, vendors, and the engineering department. A good knowledge of HVAC controls, sensors, electrical safety in LT panels, motors, and firefighting systems is essential. The role involves working with lighting and building automation systems. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

• ITI Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or above. • Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS / BAS operation and maintenance. • Excellent knowledge in the Building Automation field. • Past Kuwait / Middle East experience will be given preference. • Ability to deal with Maintenance & troubleshooting of BMS in the field, controlling alarms with coordination with the end user / customer / client / vendor and Engineering department. • Good knowledge of HVAC controls/sensors, electrical safety in LT panels, motors, safety/controls in fire alarm and firefighting system in the Building Automation field.
