Job Description
We are looking for a qualified BMS Supervisor to oversee the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in Kuwait or the Middle East is a significant advantage. The role requires strong knowledge of BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and system integration. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm, and energy management systems. Candidates must have a good understanding of HVAC controls, electrical safety in LT panels, motors, and firefighting systems within the Building Automation field. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.
Requirements
• HSC / Diploma / bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm, and energy management systems.
• Past Kuwait / Middle East experience will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and system integration.
• Good knowledge of HVAC controls/sensors, electrical safety in LT panels, motors, safety/controls in fire alarm and firefighting system in the Building Automation field.
