Broiler Supervisor - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Broiler Supervisor to manage the rearing of broiler chickens in a poultry company. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing, with a specialization in broiler management. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the health, growth, and welfare of the broiler flocks, optimizing feed conversion ratios, and maintaining high standards of biosecurity. Duties include supervising farm staff, monitoring environmental conditions, implementing feeding programs, and managing disease prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of broiler production cycles and best practices.
