The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the camp facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all personnel. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage resources effectively and maintain high standards of service.

• Proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar supervisory role. • Experience in Oil & Gas sector is mandatory. • Ability to manage camp staff and delegate tasks efficiently. • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
