Job Description
We are seeking experienced CNC Mechanic Maintenance Technicians for a long-term project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining CNC machines within shipyard, refinery, or petrochemical plant environments. Responsibilities include performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on CNC mechanical systems, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic components, and ensuring machine geometry and alignment. The role also involves adhering to PTW, LOTO, and safety procedures during maintenance activities and coordinating with supervisors and OEM vendors for parts and repairs.
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Related Technical Field.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in CNC Machines, Shipyard, Refinery or Petrochemical Plants.
• Perform Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance of CNC Mechanical Systems.
• Troubleshoot Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Mechanical Transmission Components.
• Inspect Machine Geometry, Alignment & mechanical accuracy correction
• Follow PTW, LOTO & safety procedures during maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisor & OEM vendors for impairs & spares.
