Construction Manager - Land Fill / Brownfield - Mauritius

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee land fill and brownfield projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Construction Manager will also define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring quality control, and mitigating risks. A strong understanding of land fill operations and brownfield site development is essential.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role. • Experience in land fill and brownfield project management. • Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
