Construction Manager (Mechanical) - UAE

We are urgently seeking experienced professionals for a major construction project in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing large-scale mechanical construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee all aspects of mechanical construction, from planning and execution to quality control and safety. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety regulations, and reporting on project progress. Experience with EPC projects and a strong understanding of oil & gas or industrial construction environments are highly preferred. The role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

• 12-15 years of experience in managerial roles. • Proven experience in mechanical construction management. • Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial construction, EPC projects. • UAE/GCC experience and ADNOC or similar major-operator project exposure are preferred.
