Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Chargehand for an onshore project in the UAE. This supervisory role involves leading a team of electricians, overseeing the execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair tasks. The Chargehand will ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include task delegation, quality control, safety supervision, and coordination with other trades. This is a full-time, long-term position requiring strong leadership and technical skills.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Electrical Chargehand or Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Age up to 45 years.
