Engineer Welding - Qatar

We are seeking qualified Welding Engineers for a major construction project in Qatar. The Welding Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all welding processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. This role involves developing welding procedures, qualifying welders, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting any welding-related issues. You will work closely with site supervisors and QC personnel to maintain the integrity and quality of all welded joints. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience as a Welding Engineer. • In-depth knowledge of welding processes, metallurgy, and codes (e.g., AWS D1.1). • Experience with welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder performance qualifications (WPQ). • Strong understanding of quality control and inspection techniques.
