Job Description
We are seeking skilled operators for Excavators, Bulldozers, Dozers, Compactors, and Rollers for our landfill and waste management projects. The ideal candidates will be proficient in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to perform various construction and earthmoving tasks. Responsibilities include operating equipment according to project specifications, performing daily equipment checks, and reporting any mechanical issues. A strong understanding of site safety procedures and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Experience with different types of heavy equipment is highly valued. This role is crucial for the successful execution of site preparation and material handling operations.
Requirements
• Proven experience operating Excavators, Bulldozers, Dozers, Compactors, and Rollers.
• Valid Indian driving license for heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of heavy machinery operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Team player with good communication skills.
