Flight Coordinator - Qatar

We are seeking a dedicated Flight Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The salary will range between 800 to 1500 QAR per day, finalized by the client upon successful completion of the assessment. The working schedule is 5 days per week with 2 days off, and daily working hours will be 12 hours, including either day or night shifts. Employees are entitled to 22 days of paid vacation upon completion of 11 months of service. The offered salary includes provisions for food, accommodation, fuel, transportation, travel, health card, gratuity, and all related benefits. Kindly note that the stated salary will not be applicable for weekly off days or other holidays such as festival or government holidays.

• Proven experience as a Flight Coordinator or in a similar role. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in relevant software and systems. • Knowledge of aviation procedures and regulations is a plus. • Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.
