Food Safety Officer - Saudi Arabia

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Food Safety Officer for a reputed packaging industry in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations and standards throughout the manufacturing and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HACCP principles, GMP, and local food safety regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Microbiology • Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or Food Safety Management Systems • 2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, food packaging, or food inspection/regulatory roles • Experience with audits and inspections • Knowledge of HACCP principles • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) • Knowledge of GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) • Familiarity with ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 • Understanding of local food safety regulations • Knowledge of microbiological hazards and contamination control • Understanding of pest control and sanitation systems • Knowledge of food labeling regulations • Age: 30-40 years
