Foreman & Charge Hands - UAE

We are seeking experienced Foremen & Charge Hands for our pre-cast factory in the UAE. This leadership role involves supervising a team of workers, overseeing production processes, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the team in areas such as production, fabrication, repairing, and general operations.

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Charge Hand in a manufacturing or construction environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Experience in production, fabrication, repairing, or general operations. • Ability to enforce safety regulations and quality control.
