The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Gulf experience in building construction, with a focus on 15 or 20-story buildings or large villas. This position involves leading and supervising multiple construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating work activities, managing materials, and ensuring efficient workflow on the construction site.
