The role involves using grinding tools to shape, deburr, and finish metal components, as well as preparing surfaces for welding or coating. Candidates must be proficient in operating various types of grinders and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure precise finishing. Safety awareness and adherence to workshop procedures are paramount.
