Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Mauritius

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of construction and landfill machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of heavy equipment. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, conducting major repairs, and ensuring all equipment is in safe and operational condition. A strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems is required. The mechanic will also be responsible for keeping detailed maintenance records and ordering necessary parts. This role is vital for minimizing downtime and ensuring the efficiency of our operations.
