Job Description

Urgently required for a leading construction project in the UAE. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. This role requires extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically with major companies like ADNOC or ARAMCO. Candidates must be proficient in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and ensuring compliance with international safety regulations in both onshore and offshore environments. The position demands a proactive approach to safety management and the ability to train and lead teams in maintaining a zero-accident culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant Diploma with NEBOSH IGC • 4 years of relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas Sector • Previous experience in either Onshore or Offshore Operations is Mandatory • Good Knowledge of HSE Standards and Practices • Previous experience with ADNOC, ARAMCO, Qatar Energy, or similar major companies is highly preferable
