HVAC Maintenance Supervisor - UAE

International Overseas Services is recruiting for the position of HVAC Maintenance Supervisor for a long-term Oil & Gas project in the UAE. This role is specifically for candidates with extensive experience in the maintenance of HVAC systems within refinery or petrochemical plant environments. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of total experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Oil & Gas plant HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities for water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, as well as various other HVAC units. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems, particularly HVAC control panels involving PLC and DDC. Experience with major industry brands such as Carrier, JCI, SKM, Trane, and Liebert is highly desirable. This is an immediate departure opportunity with online interviews currently in progress. Applicants with Abu Dhabi or general GCC experience will be given preference.

• Must have 10 - 15 years of HVAC Maintenance experience. • Minimum of a few years of experience in Oil & Gas plant HVAC systems. • Hands-on maintenance experience of water-cooled and air-cooled chillers. • Experience in refinery or petrochemical plants is mandatory. • Skillful in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls (PLC/DDC) of HVAC. • Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or relevant ITI / Trade certificate. • Experience with brands like Carrier, JCI, SKM, Trane, Liebert, etc. • Abu Dhabi / GCC experience is preferred.
