Job Description

We are seeking experienced HSE professionals to serve as Incharge HSE or Lead HSE on a major construction project in the UAE. The role demands a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture. Experience in industrial construction, particularly in the oil & gas sector, is highly preferred. The position offers an attractive salary and benefits.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in HSE roles. • Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial construction, EPC projects. • UAE/GCC experience and ADNOC or similar major-operator project exposure are preferred.
