Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee retail and showroom fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, such as Site Supervisor or Installation Supervisor, within retail, showroom, or commercial fit-out environments. Responsibilities include managing installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining safety standards on site. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to deliver successful fit-out projects.
Requirements
• Must have GCC experience as an Installation Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience within retail, showroom, or commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of installation processes and materials.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
