Lead QA/QC Engineer (HVAC & MEP) - UAE

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA/QC Engineer specializing in HVAC & MEP systems for a major Oil & Gas Construction Project in the UAE. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all HVAC and MEP installations. You will lead the QA/QC efforts for these systems, develop inspection procedures, and oversee the work of inspectors to guarantee adherence to project specifications and international standards. Key responsibilities include developing QA/QC plans for HVAC & MEP, conducting site inspections, reviewing technical documents, managing non-conformities, and ensuring proper documentation. This is a crucial role for a significant project in Abu Dhabi.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Proven experience as a Lead QA/QC Engineer for HVAC & MEP projects. • Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems, installation, and testing. • Experience with quality management systems and inspection protocols. • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and reporting abilities.
