Mechanical Foreman - Qatar

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Foremen for a significant Oil & Gas Project in Qatar. This supervisory role involves leading a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems. The Foreman will oversee daily activities, ensuring that all mechanical work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the required project standards, based on engineering drawings and specifications. Strong leadership and technical expertise in mechanical systems are essential. This is a long-term position with competitive remuneration.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a supervisory mechanical role. • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and installation. • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. • Commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance. • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
