Mechanical Planner - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Planner to join a leading multinational company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves detailed planning, scheduling, and coordination of mechanical activities to ensure efficient resource utilization and project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience with SAP and work management KPIs. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying resource needs, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing spare parts management. The Mechanical Planner will be responsible for submitting daily and weekly work management reports and creating comprehensive dashboards for management information. • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience. • Proven experience in management processes using SAP. • Expertise in work management KPIs, including PM, schedule, and corrective maintenance. • Strong skills in scope development for activity planning and scheduling. • Ability to effectively schedule activities for all disciplines within SAP. • Capability to identify resource needs and coordinate with suppliers. • Experience in identifying spares and optimizing their usage. • Must be able to submit daily and weekly work management KPI reports. • Proficiency in creating dashboards for Management Information.
