Mechanical QA/QC Engineer - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The role involves developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures specifically for hydraulic assembly and pressure testing. Responsibilities include conducting and documenting critical tests, compiling and reviewing Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs), material test certificates (MTCs), and calibration records for gauges and sensors. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for conducting quality audits of vendors providing raw materials, seals, or specialized hydraulic components to ensure they meet project standards. This is a long-term contract position based in Saudi Arabia.

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years' Experience • Quality Planning: Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures specifically for hydraulic assembly and pressure testing. • Inspection & Testing: Witness and document critical tests • Documentation Control: Compile and review Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs), material test certificates (MTCs), and calibration records for all gauges and sensors. • Supplier Audits: Conduct quality audits of vendors providing raw materials, seals, or specialized hydraulic components to ensure they meet project standards
