MEP FOREMEN / SUPERVISORS - Dubai

We are looking for experienced MEP Foremen/Supervisors for a major MEP Fit-Out Project in Dubai. This leadership role involves overseeing and guiding teams of technicians and tradespeople in the installation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Responsibilities include planning work schedules, ensuring quality control, managing site safety, and coordinating with project management. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and GCC project experience are essential.

• Proven experience as an MEP Foreman or Supervisor. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices. • Ability to lead and motivate a team. • Experience in project planning and site management. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
