MEP Supervisors - Maintenance - Qatar

We are recruiting experienced MEP Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations for a leading MEP Contracting Company in Qatar. The role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include planning maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a key leadership position for experienced MEP professionals.

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably in maintenance. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). • Ability to lead and motivate a team. • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
