Job Description
We are hiring MEP Technicians for a semi-government facilities maintenance company in Dubai. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in various facilities, including high-rise buildings, villas, and malls. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, be adept at troubleshooting, and ensure the efficient operation of all installations. Experience in the Gulf region for maintenance of such properties is compulsory. This is a long-term position with immediate departure.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an MEP Technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
• Experience with testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards.
