NDT Specialist - Qatar

We are urgently seeking an experienced NDT Specialist for a reputed company in Qatar. The role involves performing field inspections and non-destructive testing (UT, MT, PT, or RT) to ensure asset integrity and compliance with international standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating a field team of technicians and helpers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Key duties include logging daily digital reports, interpreting inspection findings, and acting as the primary contact between field staff and management. The role also requires ensuring all testing equipment is maintained and calibrated, following strict quality and safety protocols. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential for clear reporting and professional coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and email for digital reporting and data management is also required. Proven supervisory experience in NDT operations within industrial or large-scale utility sites is mandatory.
