Job Description
We are looking for experienced Painting and Blasting Foremen for a long-term Oil & Gas project in Saudi Arabia. This role requires leadership in supervising surface preparation (blasting) and the application of protective coatings (painting). The Foreman will manage a team, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and oversee the efficient execution of painting and blasting works. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Painting/Blasting Foreman in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Plant Construction Projects.
• Expertise in abrasive blasting techniques and various painting methods.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application standards.
• Ability to manage a crew and ensure productivity.
• Strong commitment to safety.
