Production Engineer - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Engineer to join our leading Oil & Gas Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves reviewing and auditing material and energy balance to improve plant efficiency and reduce losses. You will be responsible for preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports, handling SAP transactions including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Good Receipt. The position requires ensuring plant operation within design limits, optimizing unit parameters, and coordinating with other departments to resolve operational issues. A key aspect of this role is to monitor sustainability parameters, prepare reports, and provide solutions for deviations, as well as review technical change proposals and vendor reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with experience in PPS or GPPS petrochemical plant operations. • Strong technical knowledge of petrochemical processes. • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Ability to handle SAP transactions and production reporting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Capable of multitasking, working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and continuously driving process and plant performance improvement.
