QA/QC Lead (Mechanical & Civil) - UAE

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead with expertise in both Mechanical and Civil disciplines for a major Oil & Gas Construction Project in the UAE. This role is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical and civil works meet the highest quality standards and comply with project specifications and industry regulations. You will lead the QA/QC team, develop inspection plans, and oversee all quality control activities on site. Key responsibilities include implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections and audits, managing non-conformance reports, and ensuring proper documentation. This is a critical leadership position within a significant project in Abu Dhabi.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. • Extensive experience in QA/QC roles on construction projects. • Strong knowledge of quality standards for mechanical and civil works. • Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC plans. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
