Quantity Surveyor (Civil) - UAE

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in Civil works for a major Oil & Gas Construction Project in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing all costs relating to civil construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures. You will ensure that all civil works are completed within budget and to the required specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and contract administration. Key responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, cost estimation, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and managing variations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant project in Abu Dhabi.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects. • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods. • Proficiency in cost estimation and contract management. • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
