Job Description
We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a leading company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), and ensuring contract administration for major EPC projects. Successful candidates will contribute to the financial and contractual success of large-scale projects, preferably those associated with Saudi Aramco. This position requires a strong understanding of construction economics and project management principles.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably with Saudi Aramco projects
• Strong knowledge of SAES, BOQ preparation, MTO, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Experience in Mechanical, Piping, and HVAC
• Electrical, Instrumentation, and Communication
• Experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural
