Job Description
We are looking for skilled Quantity Surveyors specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Communication systems for a prominent company in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for managing project costs, preparing detailed bills of quantities (BOQ), and overseeing contract administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in EPC projects, particularly those related to Saudi Aramco, and possess expertise in cost estimation and contract management for complex projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably with Saudi Aramco projects
• Strong knowledge of SAES, BOQ preparation, MTO, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Experience in Mechanical, Piping, and HVAC
• Electrical, Instrumentation, and Communication
• Experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural
