Job Description
A leading company in Saudi Arabia is hiring Quantity Surveyors with expertise in Mechanical, Piping, and HVAC systems. This role demands proficiency in cost management, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and contract administration for large-scale EPC projects. Candidates should ideally have experience with Saudi Aramco projects and a strong understanding of cost estimation and project execution in these specialized fields.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably with Saudi Aramco projects
• Strong knowledge of SAES, BOQ preparation, MTO, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Experience in Mechanical, Piping, and HVAC
• Electrical, Instrumentation, and Communication
• Experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural
