Job Description
We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation (E&I), and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) for a long-term industrial construction project in the Sultanate of Oman. Responsibilities include cost estimation, contract administration, and managing project finances. Candidates with experience in power, steel, oil & gas projects are preferred. The role offers free food and accommodation, an 8-hour workday, and 3 hours of fixed daily overtime. This is a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of the project.
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in E&I and MEP.
• Experience with industrial construction projects (power, steel, oil & gas).
• Strong understanding of contract terms and cost control.
• Free food and accommodation provided.
