Rotary Eq Supervisor - Bahrain

We are looking for experienced Rotary Equipment Supervisors for a 20-day contract with a leading Oil & Gas company in Bahrain. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment, working 12-hour shifts. The supervisor will be responsible for planning work, assigning tasks to technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and managing the upkeep of critical plant machinery like turbines and pumps. A strong background in mechanical maintenance and leadership skills are essential. Free food and accommodation are provided.

• Proven experience as a Rotary Equipment Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry. • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance for rotating equipment. • Leadership and team management capabilities. • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
