Job Description
We are urgently seeking experienced Foremen for Sand Blasting and Spray Painting roles for a leading Oil and Gas company in Russia. The foreman will supervise and coordinate the activities of sandblasters and spray painters, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably with Gulf experience. The ability to read, write, and speak basic English is essential. The job offers free food, accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance. Working hours are 9 hours per day with a 1-hour break, 6 days a week. This is a long-term contract position.
