Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Operations Manager for a major Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Company in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all scaffolding operations on site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The manager will oversee scaffolding crews, manage material inventory, and coordinate with other site departments. This is a long-term position with comprehensive company-provided benefits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Operations Manager. • Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations. • Experience in managing scaffolding crews and operations. • Ability to plan and execute scaffolding projects. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry is preferred.
