Job Description

A leading construction company in Russia is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor for large-scale industrial projects. The successful candidate will oversee all scaffolding activities, including design, erection, and dismantling, while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. This role involves managing teams of scaffolders and foremen, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that all work is completed within timelines and safety standards. Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, or the oil and gas sector is essential, along with a proven track record in the Gulf region.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience in Construction/ Refinery/ Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals • Gulf experience is mandatory • Strong leadership and supervisory skills in industrial scaffolding • Knowledge of international safety standards for working at heights
