Job Description

A well-established MEP contracting company in Dubai is looking for a Site Administrator to manage administrative tasks on construction sites. This role is essential for the smooth operation of projects involving high-rise buildings, shopping malls, and villa projects. Responsibilities include managing site documentation, coordinating with various departments, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient communication between the site team and management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role. • Experience in construction projects, preferably High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, and Villa Projects. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
