Supervisor - Production Maintenance - UAE

We are seeking a Supervisor for Production Maintenance to join our team in the UAE. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical or electro-mechanical systems and 5 to 8 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Experience in large-scale production units, heavy equipment, machineries, manufacturing plants, and automobile manufacturing plants is highly desirable. Familiarity with aircraft/aerospace manufacturers and Defense equipment parts manufacturers is a plus. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of production lines and ensuring the smooth operation of systems such as SL and Virtek Lasers, HDF, AGV, and ATL machines, CNC machines, Autoclaves, All NDT systems, Paint shops, and Nitrogen generating systems.

• 5-8 years of experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment. • Strong background in electrical or electro-mechanical systems. • Experience in big scale production units, heavy equipment, machineries, manufacturing plants, and automobile manufacturing plants. • Preferred experience with aircraft/aerospace manufacturers and Defense equipment parts manufacturers. • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting SL and Virtek Lasers, HDF, AGV, and ATL machines. • Experience with CNC machines, Autoclaves, All NDT systems, Paint shops, and Nitrogen generating systems. • Supervisory experience in a production maintenance role.
