Supervisor - Production - UAE

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for a Precast Factory Project in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the daily production operations, ensuring that output targets are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The supervisor will lead the production team, monitor workflow, implement process improvements, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. Experience in factory production management, particularly in precast concrete, is highly desirable.

• Minimum 6 years of Indian or Gulf experience. • Age up to 45 years. • Experience in production management in a factory setting. • Ability to improve production efficiency. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
