Supervisor / Team Leading Technician - Mauritius

We are recruiting a Supervisor / Team Leading Technician for a group of 3/4/5-star hotels in Mauritius. This role requires an experienced technician with leadership capabilities to supervise a team, manage daily maintenance tasks, and ensure the efficient operation of hotel facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing repairs, and coordinating with other departments. Free meals are provided on duty for this long-term position.

• Proven experience as a technician in a hotel or similar environment. • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. • Strong technical skills in relevant areas (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC). • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
