Supervisor - Training - Oman

This long-term project in Oman seeks a Supervisor - Training with a 3-Year Diploma in Air Conditioning or a Diploma Engineer with 6+ years of experience in FMM services (MEP). The role involves jobs for large buildings and commercial properties, requiring expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Gulf experience is an added advantage. Responsibilities include hands-on experience in O & M work for split systems, cassette, package, AHU, FCU, and Chiller equipment. The candidate must be able to conduct theory and practical training for technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Computer operation skills are a MUST, and English/Hindi communication is required. Good HSE knowledge is essential for equipment health checks and making site reports.
