Team Leader (Production) - UAE

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Team Leader for our reputed packaging industry client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Production, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing production KPIs, departmental metrics, hands-on machine setup, adjustments, and resolving quality issues. The role requires the ability to analyze production schedules, estimate labor hours, and coordinate planning, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments. Experience in training production teams, supervising daily operations, and managing performance, including feedback and disciplinary actions, is essential. Demonstrated experience in improving production processes, efficiency, and equipment performance is also required. Familiarity with ISO systems (QMS & Food safety) and quality standards within manufacturing environments is a plus. Strong soft skills and computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, ERP) are necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production. • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader. • Experience in the same field as our company (Three piece Metal Can Manufacturing Industry). • Proven experience in developing and executing production plans. • Strong background in managing production KPIs and departmental metrics. • Hands-on experience with machine setup, adjustments, and resolving product quality issues. • Ability to analyze production schedules and estimate labor hours. • Experience coordinating with planning, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments. • Background in training production teams and supervising daily operations. • Experience in performance management, including feedback and disciplinary actions. • Demonstrated experience in improving production processes, efficiency, and equipment performance. • Experience handling safety incidents, accident reporting, and root cause analysis. • Familiarity with ISO systems (QMS & Food safety) and quality standards within manufacturing environments. • Soft skill: well verse with computer work ( MS office, Email and ERP).
