Tool Crib Operator Finishing - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled Tool Crib Operator Finishing to join a leading LSAW pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing and maintaining the tool crib, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition for production. Responsibilities include assisting with machine changeovers, preparing tools and equipment, performing spare parts administration, and delivering consumables. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining working fluids, performing tool cleaning and minor repairs, controlling tool dimensions, and classifying tools. Additionally, the role requires controlling tool yield, stock, and determining tool life span, as well as performing technological tests on consumables and processes. The operator will receive and deliver tools, assist with machine lockouts and tag-outs, and perform operative maintenance. Accurate updates to the tool tracking system are essential.
