Tool Crib Operator Finishing - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and organized Tool Crib Operator Finishing to join a leading LSAW Pipe Manufacturing Company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing and maintaining the tool crib, ensuring all tools and equipment are available, accounted for, and in good working condition. Responsibilities include assisting with machine setup, performing spare parts administration, delivering consumables, and maintaining working fluids. The operator will also be responsible for tool cleaning, minor repairs, controlling tool dimensions, and classifying tools. Additionally, the role requires tracking tool yield, stock, and life span, performing technological tests, and managing the receipt and delivery of tools. A key aspect of the job is assisting with machine lockouts and tag-outs, and performing operative maintenance. Accurate updates to the tool tracking system are essential.

• Assists change over and set up of the machine. • Carries out equipment and tools preparation for change over. • Performs spare parts administration. • Delivers consumables ensuring their availability. • Maintains working fluids (Hydro test, cutting fluids, etc.). • Performs tool cleaning. • Perform tool minor repairs. • Controls tool's dimensions. • Classifies tools. • Carries out tool yield control. • Controls tool stock and determines tools life span. • Performs technological tests such as new consumables or processes. • Receives and delivers tools. • Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc.). • Updates information in the tool tracking systems
